Charter Hall, Flagship Holdings launch 685 Latrobe

Charter Hall and

Flagship Holdings have commenced marketing on a 37,200 square metre commercial office development in Melbourne's Docklands, looking to capitalise on the Melbourne commercial market and the growing success of the Docklands precinct.

685 Latrobe will comprise 12 levels of 3,300 square metre floor plates and is located within 5 minutes walk of Southern Cross Station.

Approximately 1,000 square metres of retail will activate the ground plane.

The development will target a 5 Star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS rating.

151 car parks will also be provided at a ratio of approximately 1 car park per 245 square metres of Net Lettable Area (NLA).

Charter Hall entered into a Development Agreement with Flagship Holdings, an affiliate of the Seven network, to acquire a 50% interest in the development for $5 million in May 2011.

Construction of

685 Latrobe  will commencement once a substantial pre-commitment has been secured.

685 Latrobe is being marketed by Nicholas Farley of

Savills.
