DA Lodged For Student Accomodation In Elizabeth Street

El Camino Priority I Pty Ltd has lodged a DA for two 25 and 32 storey towers comprising primarily purpose built premium
student accommodation on adjoining sites at 96-101 Elizabeth Street and 52 Charlotte Street, Brisbane City.

The development will include a total of 919 rooms (including 374 single occupancy units), ancillary areas
such as outdoor terraces with barbeque, yoga and pool facilities, recreational media and games rooms,
multi-function rooms, and study spaces.

In addition to this, the development incorporates a proposal for the redevelopment and revitalisation of
the Elizabeth Arcade.

The arcade will continue the existing through site link between Elizabeth and Charlotte Streets, while providing opportunities for high quality retail and dining.
