Southport's Newest Boutique Development Finishes On A High

MadisononHigh-Interior-18_online_620x380

A new cosmopolitan development has hit the Southport CBD, fully completed ahead of its market launch.

Madison on High, developed by local developer Stangale Pty Ltd and designed by HHH Architects, is located in the St Hilda’s precinct and comprises 18 spacious apartments.

It was Stangale's intention, according to Director Don Jury, to see the boutique project reach completion prior to market launch so that buyers could see the attention to detail and the quality of finishes first-hand.

Madison on High was built by local construction company Rawcorp and will be sold off with the help of Marketing Projects SEQ.

“Rawcorp, HHH Architects and Marketing Projects SEQ all have a deep understanding of what works in the city and in particular, what works in Southport, and it was important for me to engage credible companies with local knowledge," Mr Jury said.

“The Gold Coast is a unique place which is known for its unbeatable lifestyle and Madison on High has been designed so residents can make the most of the subtropical climate and coastal lifestyle.”

Madison on High offers spacious, practical floorplans with high raked ceilings in its two penthouses. Two bedroom apartments range from 97 square metres to 108 square metres, with the layouts maximising light and cross-ventilation.

Madison on High“Large windows and floor to ceiling doors, open onto oversized balconies taking full advantage of the views over the CBD, Broadwater and Southport skyline, with the upper-level apartments boasting panoramic views of the Broadwater,” Mr Jury said.

Madison on High utilises car-stackers - a first of their kind on the Gold Coast – to allow for two cars per bay in most apartments.

Residents will also be able to enjoy the rooftop entertaining terrace overlooking the Broadwater, along with all the other benefits of being positioned in the heart of Southport.

Marketing Projects SEQ Director of Marketing Kyia Anderson, who will be responsible for marketing the project, said five apartments were already under contract, and that Madison on High had strong appeal for young professionals, couples and families due to the prime location, with downsizers attracted to layouts and access to lifestyle amenities.

“Schools are a huge drawcard for property purchasers; properties in areas surrounded by education facilities and other sought after amenities not only tend to retain value, but this often increases rental demand, price and duration of tenancies," she said.

Madison on High is less than 100 metres from St Hilda’s School, three kilometres from The Southport School, with Southport State Primary School and Southport State High School both within the same vicinities.

Residents will also have convenient access to major shopping centres including Australia Fair and Southport Central, Griffith University, public transport and hospitals including Pacific Private Hospital.
